1.Automatic compilation
It mainly utilizes advanced algorithms.Through the software,it automatically compiles the driver position map(duty route map),driver monthly/daily shift schedules,shift start and end records,and monthly/annual driver performance statistics,which improves the compilation efficiency and reduces labor costs.Moreover,it can quickly verify the compilation results through page prompts.
2.Reliable control and management
The system changes the traditional way of distributing paper-based duty route schedules.Instead,it uses a
mini-program for drivers to check the monthly plan and the daily plan,thereby issuing shift assignment information to avoid drivers missing their shifts.
The system also changes the traditional method of apartment administrators manually making wake-up calls.It adopts automatic wake-up call equipment,which reminds drivers by ringing the phone and requires confirmation through answering and hanging up.In case ofany overtime in making wake-up calls,the system will give a prompt,ensuring precision and reliability.
At the same time,a shift start and end management system is set up,enabling functions such as identity recognition, alcohol testing,video recording,pre-duty answering ofquestions,and task viewing,effectively controlling the shift start and end processes.
3.Scientific statistics
The system accurately calculates the driving kilometers and working hours of crew drivers according to the rules, changing the situation of the traditional way of statistical statements which is inefficient and error-prone.It supports the query of various types of shift start and end data,safety incident form data,historical working hours and mileage data,data of excessive or insufficient working hours and mileage,monthly/annual assessment data,etc.
