Main Functions

1.Equipment ledger and history
Establish structured electronic files for the equipment,input the basic information,and provide the basic equipment data for users to view and export.
2.Equipment status dashboard
Process equipment with network connectivity can upload real-time status data,fault data,and alarm information. The status of network-connected equipment is displayed through a large-screen dashboard.The three states of the equipment,namely normal,faulty,and under maintenance,are distinguished by colors,allowing users to intuitively see the running status of the equipment.
3.Equipment maintenance management
The system offers an equipment maintenance function that encompasses regular maintenance and annual inspections.It enables the creation of periodic maintenance tasks,automatically generates maintenance plans,and notifies maintenance personnel via system prompts.After the maintenance is completed,personnel are required to fill back the relevant information in the system.
4.Equipment fault management
During the maintenance process,if an equipment failure that cannot be restored is detected,the equipment failure should be reported through the system.After being confirmed by the workshop leader,a repair task will be issued. The equipment workshop will arrange for repairs according to the maintenance work order or notify the manufacturer for repair.After the problem is solved,the relevant information should be filled in and confirmed to close the loop on the failure.Moreover,the historical records of the equipment failure can be viewed.
5.Statistical analysis management
Statistically analyze the equipment failure information in the form of charts,which facilitates the viewing of the equipment failure rate and resolution rate for the current week and the whole year,as well as the number of failures and the number of resolutions of specific equipment.
